Commission

  1. Commission Rate: The available commission rates are outlined in the Affiliate Dashboard. Commissions are earned based on either customer signups or purchases (not both), with the rates for purchase commissions determined by monthly or annual customer spending, as specified in the Affiliate Dashboard.
  2. Limitations:a. You will earn a commission on the initial purchase by a new customer who wasn’t in an active sales process with us at the time of the affiliate link click.b. The customer must remain active for the specified locking period in the Affiliate Dashboard.c. Commissions are valid even if a user navigates from one WorkPaper domain to another before signing up or making a purchase.d. Affiliate tracking relies on cookies; clearing cookies may impact the tracking of these events.e. The duration of cookie windows is detailed in the Affiliate Dashboard.f. Only proper use of affiliate links will enable referral tracking. Incorrect use may result in untracked referrals.g. Affiliate links cannot be used to refer clients that you are currently servicing. In such cases, please refer to our Solutions Partner Program.h. Any fraudulent or suspicious activities, such as multiple signups from the same IP address, will be subject to investigation, and may invalidate the referral.

We recommend reviewing the Affiliate Program Agreement for a comprehensive understanding of these limitations.

  1. Upgrades/Downgrades: Additional commissions for customer upgrades are not provided. However, commissions will be adjusted according to any customer downgrades.
  2. Attribution: In cases where a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, credit is given to the affiliate associated with the last click. We reserve the right to modify attribution under certain conditions.
